Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancel from your account settings or via our customer portal. You retain access until the end of the current billing period.
Do credits roll over?
Subscription credits expire at month end (to prevent abuse). Credit packs you buy never expire.
Can I use generated content commercially?
Yes on Pro and Studio plans. Free plan is personal-use only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal — all via Creem.io as our merchant of record.
What is your refund policy?
First-time subscribers get a 7-day refund window if you've consumed less than 20% of monthly credits. Credit packs are non-refundable once consumed. See Terms §6.
Can I switch between Monthly and Yearly?
Yes — switch anytime in your account settings. Annual upgrades prorate the difference. Monthly switches take effect at the next renewal.
What's the difference between subscription credits and credit packs?
Subscription credits reset every month (or year). Credit packs are one-time purchases that never expire. Mix and match as you like — packs are great for occasional heavy projects.
