Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Reelva (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Reelva is an AI-powered image and video generation platform available at reelva.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”).

Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By accessing or using Reelva, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, clicking “Sign up,” or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Your continued use following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you must be at least 16 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms, and “you” refers to that organization.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at support@reelva.ai if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscription & Credits

Reelva offers the following plans:

• Free — $0/month, includes a limited monthly credit allocation.
• Pro — $19/month subscription.
• Business — $59/month subscription.

Credits are consumed each time you generate content. The number of credits required varies by the type and complexity of the generation (e.g., image vs. video, resolution, duration).

Subscription credits are allocated monthly and expire at the end of each billing cycle. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next month.

Purchased credit packs (one-time purchases) do not expire and are consumed after your monthly subscription credits are exhausted.

Payments are processed by Creem.io (Singapore) as the merchant of record when payment features are enabled. By purchasing, you also agree to Creem.io's terms and policies.

6. Refunds

Subscription plans: If you cancel within 7 days of your first subscription purchase and have consumed fewer than 20% of your monthly credits, you may request a refund. Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable.

Credit packs: Credit packs are non-refundable once any credits from the pack have been consumed. Unused credit packs may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase — contact support@reelva.ai.

For any billing discrepancies or disputes, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Acceptable Use

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following uses are strictly prohibited:

• NSFW or sexually explicit content of any kind.
• Any content depicting minors in a sexual context. This is a zero-tolerance policy — we will immediately terminate the account and report to relevant authorities.
• Deepfakes or non-consensual use of a real person's likeness in misleading or harmful contexts.
• Content featuring copyrighted characters, brands, or intellectual property (e.g., Disney, Pokémon, Marvel) in ways that infringe on those rights.
• Graphic violence, gore, or content that glorifies harm.
• Content that promotes or depicts self-harm or suicide.
• Hate speech or content that discriminates based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Facilitating or promoting illegal activities.
• Impersonation of individuals, organizations, or entities in a deceptive manner.
• Attempting to circumvent content filters, safety systems, or rate limits.
• Using the Service to train, fine-tune, or evaluate competing AI models.

We employ automated moderation to detect policy violations. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

8. Content Ownership

You own all content you generate using the Service, including the right to use it for commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

By using the Service, you grant Reelva a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, cache, and display your generated content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you (e.g., rendering thumbnails, storing files in your account). This license terminates when you delete the content or close your account.

We do not claim ownership of your outputs and will not use them for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.

9. User Content & Uploaded References

When you upload images or other reference materials to use as inputs for generation, you represent and warrant that you own the necessary rights to those materials or have obtained all required permissions. You are solely responsible for any intellectual property claims arising from your input materials.

By uploading content, you grant Reelva a limited license to process that content through our AI pipeline solely to fulfill your generation request.

10. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, biased, offensive, or otherwise problematic despite our moderation systems. Reelva does not warrant the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content. You should review all outputs carefully before publishing or distributing them.

AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be unique. Similar prompts submitted by different users may produce visually or textually similar results. We do not guarantee exclusivity of outputs.

11. DMCA / Copyright Takedown

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to support@reelva.ai including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The URL or location of the infringing material on the Service.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
• Your electronic or physical signature.

We will review valid notices and respond promptly. Repeat infringers may have their accounts terminated.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon account closure, any remaining credit pack balance is forfeited and is not refundable.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Features, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REELVA'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO REELVA IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $10.

IN NO EVENT WILL REELVA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reelva and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 7 days' notice via email or an in-app notification before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service before the effective date.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@reelva.ai. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

If informal resolution fails, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules, which are incorporated herein by reference. The seat of arbitration is Singapore. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, in the English language. The arbitral award shall be final and binding.

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. Nothing in this section limits your right to lodge a complaint with a regulatory authority in your jurisdiction.
